Impartiality is one of SgT’s core values and a key element to our code of conduct. SgT, its management team and its employees involved in the execution of quality assurance services  fully understand the importance of impartiality and the consideration of any potential conflicts of interest in carrying out its quality assurance activity.

This is in order to protect SgT’s objectivity, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with the rules of accreditation and regulatory bodies.

SgT has a code of conduct to ensure that the utmost standard of integrity is applied to all its activities, in accordance with international ‘best practices’.

Conflicts of interest and objectivity are further addressed through annual training sessions to ensure all quality assurance activities are executed in an independent and impartial manner.
