New Key Resources to Support You in the Day After

At SgT we are preparing for the day after with our technical expertise. We are bringing on board some key resources to support our clients and help prepare for tomorrow.

Leading our teams in our different divisions are highly qualified experts, putting many years of expertise at the disposal of our partners. Some of the latest incorporation to the team are:

WORMS SAFETY Laboratories Chief Executive Officer,     

Dr. Dirk von Czarnowski

Dirk has previously worked for some of the best-known players in testing, auditing, and consultation, holding top managerial roles, including Vice President Global Chemical. Dirk has successfully established set-ups across multiple countries such as Turkey, China, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh. On the technical side, he has been instrumental in implementing overall risk prevention and quality control systems for international brands, designing demanding programs such as zero discharge road maps and wastewater management.   

Drawing on 36 years’ experience in chemistry, including 18 years in consumer product safety, Dirk will be responsible for developing the Worms Safety laboratories network, including API Lab, SgT Lab, and Qualspec. He will manage operations across Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and France – with more to be announced soon.

Powered by his expertise in textile, household goods, and toys, Dirk brings a fresh, pragmatic approach to traditional lab practices. Supported by the technological and industry knowledge of Worms Safety’s specialists, Dirk will focus on developing innovative solutions that help give brands, importers and retailers competitive edges.

Samuel LEGOUPIL

Samuel has previously worked at Thales and at CEA, Europe’s number 1 Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) in Europe. With a PhD in Signal and Image Processing and multiple skills in innovation development, computer science, inverse problem, vision, data analytics, AI, systems engineering, and non-destructive testing (NDT), Samuel has delivered 50 publications, 10 patents and  successfully managed more than 150 R&T projects related to Advanced Manufacturing with Safran, Technip, Air Liquide, Thales, Dassault Aviation, Engie, Airbus, Renault, PSA, Michelin, etc. and many SMEs, directly or through European programs.

Drawing on his 20 years of experience in technological innovation, Samuel will be responsible for the group’s technological development bringing a disruptive perspective to the evolution of the group’s businesses, powered by R&D technological partnerships and bridges across Worms Safety’s specialists.
