Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie par une organisation non gouvernementale et multipartite nomm\u00e9e <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sa-intl.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social Accountability International (en anglais)<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui s'efforce d'\u00e9liminer les ateliers clandestins en promouvant des conditions de travail \u00e9thiques et les droits des travailleurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgtgroup.net\/fr\/ethical-fashion-csr-compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises<\/a> et le dialogue social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les 9 exigences de conformit\u00e9 sociale de la norme SA8000 sont les suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Le travail des enfants :<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aucun enfant de moins de 15 ans ne peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 par une usine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Travail forc\u00e9<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Nul ne peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 par une usine s'il n'a pas propos\u00e9 de le faire volontairement ou s'il n'est pas contraint de travailler sous la menace d'une punition ou de repr\u00e9sailles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un environnement de travail s\u00fbr et sain doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9 par l'usine, qui doit \u00e9galement pr\u00e9venir tout incident potentiel en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et toute blessure ou maladie li\u00e9e au travail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Libert\u00e9 d'association et n\u00e9gociation collective : <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous les membres du personnel ont le droit de former des syndicats, d'y adh\u00e9rer et de les organiser, ainsi que de n\u00e9gocier collectivement en leur nom. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Discrimination : <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est interdit \u00e0 une usine de pratiquer la discrimination en mati\u00e8re d'embauche, de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, de promotion, de licenciement ou de retraite. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pratiques disciplinaires<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Il est interdit \u00e0 une usine de pratiquer ou de tol\u00e9rer le recours aux ch\u00e2timents corporels, \u00e0 la coercition mentale ou physique ou \u00e0 la violence verbale \u00e0 l'encontre des employ\u00e9s. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Horaires de travail : <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une usine doit respecter les lois applicables, les conventions collectives et les normes industrielles en mati\u00e8re d'heures de travail, de pauses et de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration :<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le droit du personnel \u00e0 un salaire d\u00e9cent doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9 par l'usine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de gestion :<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La conformit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9e et mise en \u0153uvre conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme SA800 par le biais de politiques et de proc\u00e9dures \u00e9labor\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme nous l'avons mentionn\u00e9 plus haut, malgr\u00e9 l'existence de normes de conformit\u00e9 \u00e9tablies, des usines de confection du monde entier sont encore trouv\u00e9es en violation de la conformit\u00e9 sociale et sont accus\u00e9es de salaires injustes, d'heures de travail excessives, de d\u00e9passement des limites de temps locales, de violations de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et bien plus encore. Ces violations ont conduit \u00e0 de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements tragiques qui auraient pu \u00eatre facilement \u00e9vit\u00e9s, tels que le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manufacturing.net\/news\/2017\/07\/bangladesh-garment-factory-explosion-kills-10-injures-50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Explosion dans un atelier de confection au Bangladesh<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui s'est produite au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e, tuant 10 travailleurs et en blessant 50. La conformit\u00e9 sociale ne peut donc pas \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est essentiel que les usines de confection envisagent de mener une enqu\u00eate sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgtgroup.net\/fr\/audit-social-du-textile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">audit de conformit\u00e9 sociale<\/a>.
