we can offer you different service packages such as: factory information analysis and onsite factory evaluations. We can also assist and organize factory visits for you, providing transportation and local language support if necessary. However, you will always remain the decision maker when selecting your preferred suppliers, as SgT will not involve itself in, for example, price or delivery date negotiation on your behalf. SgT maintains a neutral stance in business discussion with your potential suppliers. |

These services may vary from country to country. In general, our inspection service quotation will be based on our man-day rate (8 hours of work including traveling) plus out of pocket travel expenses. For your convenience, we can also quote our inspection service fee by piece rate. We would prefer to meet and understand your needs before giving you an inspection quotation. |

Usually we would utilize random sampling of pieces for inspection according to Random Sampling Plan MIL105E (also known as BS6001) and AQL Accept or Reject Level for on site inspection. Defects may also be found at the end of the supply chain. SgT will accept no liability or responsibility for such defects.
If hidden defects are found on shipments that have already been inspected, the indemnity we could consider to offer will amount to a maximum of 5 times the relevant inspection fee. We maintain the right to view the defective merchandise before granting compensation. If the goods in question have been inspected on 100% basis at our platform, we will discuss and consider compensation up to a certain percentage of the shipment value of the claimed pieces.
